The lessons you have completed, the glossary questions you have answered, your run on the question of the day and where your flashcards stand. All of it is read from this browser, and none of it is sent anywhere.

Clear my progress

Removes from this browser the completed lessons, the glossary questions answered, the question of the day’s run and the flashcards’ boxes. Your reading list, watchlist, journal, trading plan and preferences are not touched: those are managed on My desk and in Preferences.

Reference dataCounts read from this browser’s own storage, against the lessons, terms and cards published on this site. Educational information, not investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

What is recorded

Four small records, and what is left out.

This page keeps no record of its own: it reads the four that the Academy and the glossary already keep. Each is written only by something you do, each stays in this browser, and each can be removed with the button above, on the page that keeps it, or on the preferences page, which lists everything this website stores.

A count shows that questions were answered on this website. It is not a score, a qualification or evidence of an ability to trade, and finishing the course does not make trading profitable.

Recorded in this browser

Completed lessonsA lesson is recorded as completed when all three of its questions have been answered correctly. Opening or reading a lesson records nothing. The Academy’s lessons
Glossary questionsEach glossary term with a “Check yourself” question is recorded once that question is answered correctly. The glossary
The question of the day’s runThe last day you answered, the run of days in a row and the longest run. A day counts when you answer, right or wrong. Question of the day
The flashcards’ boxesFor each card you have graded, which of the five boxes it is in and the day it is next due. Glossary flashcards

The practice roomThe drills and the order builder keep nothing between visits. Practice room
Wrong answers and scoresNo answer you got wrong, no number of attempts and no time taken is recorded anywhere.
