Funding and withdrawals
This page publishes only what GIO4X has stated consistently, and what its client portal can be seen to do. Fees, limits and timings that were published in more than one version are not repeated here; they are confirmed in your client area before you commit to a payment.
Accepted currencies
As listed on both previous GIO4X websites. Whether a given method supports a given currency is confirmed in your client area.
On the way in
Eleven currencies are accepted, but every payment still travels through a bank or payment provider, which may apply its own transfer or conversion charges. The path of a payment sets out the six steps.
Published
Not yet published
GIO4X’s two previous websites gave different answers on each of these. Rather than choose one, this site publishes none until the owner confirms it. For payment methods there is one thing it can show in the meantime: what the client portal supports, read from the portal itself. Which of those methods are open to you is still confirmed in your client area.
Confirmed in your client area, or ask support: info@gio4x.com or the contact page.
From the portal, 10 October 2026
A description of what the GIO4X client portal software implements as of 10 October 2026, taken from the portal itself.
It is not a statement of fees, limits or processing times, which are not yet published. It is not a promise that every method is open to every client or in every country. It says what the software does, and where a screen exists with nothing connected behind it, it says that too.
As of this date the portal is not connected to a payment provider. A deposit or a withdrawal made there is a request: the portal records it, a member of staff reviews it, and the wallet balance changes only when it is approved. The payment itself travels outside the portal, through your bank or the network you used.
| Method | For | How the portal processes it | Currencies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Deposit and withdrawal | Deposit: the portal shows GIO4X’s bank details and a payment reference, and records the transfer you say you are sending; it is reviewed by staff before it is credited. Withdrawal: a request is recorded and reviewed by staff before the wallet is debited. The payment is made outside the portal, to a bank account in your own name. | Amounts are entered in US dollars |
| Cryptocurrency | Deposit and withdrawal | Deposit: the portal shows a deposit address for each network GIO4X has switched on and records the payment you say you are sending; it is reviewed by staff before it is credited. As the portal is written, one network is switched on, USDT on TRC20; the list is held in a table that staff edit. Withdrawal: a request is recorded and reviewed by staff before the wallet is debited. The payment is sent outside the portal. | USDT; amounts are entered in US dollars |
| Card | Deposit | Not available. The portal’s card tab says that card payments are not available yet. It takes no card details and records nothing. | Not applicable yet |
| Local payment methods (the portal’s code refers to UPI) | Deposit | Not available. A tile only, shown as not available: it opens nothing. | Not applicable yet |
| E-wallet (the portal’s code refers to Skrill and Neteller) | Deposit | Not available. A tile only, shown as not available: it opens nothing. | Not applicable yet |
| Transfer between your wallet and your trading accounts | Inside the portal | Carried out by the portal at once, without staff review, between a wallet and trading accounts that belong to the same client. Both sides must be in the same currency, except US dollars and US cents, which convert at 1 to 100. A demo account cannot exchange funds with a wallet or a real account. | The currency of the wallet and account |
The portal’s wallet can be held in these units. USC is the US cent, used by cent accounts. A new client’s wallet is opened in US dollars.
This is not the same list as the accepted currencies at the top of this page, which comes from the previous GIO4X websites. Until GIO4X confirms one list, treat the currency offered to you in your client area as the answer.
No fee and no minimum or maximum amount is published, so none is given here. The deposit and withdrawal limits the portal used to show were removed from it on 10 October 2026, because nothing enforced them. Where one of the portal’s own forms states an amount, that form is the place to read it. Check what the portal shows you, or ask, before you confirm a payment.
In general
Six steps, three parties. It is the same with any broker, and it explains most of what people find slow about moving money.
From an account in your own name.
On its own timetable, possibly with its own charges.
To the trading account you nominated.
In your client area, once verified.
Back to the source, in your name.
Arrival time depends on the method.
A general description of how funding works, not a statement of GIO4X’s processing times.
The reasons
The rules around funding can feel like obstacles. Each one exists for a reason, and most of them are there to protect the account holder.
Client fund securityA broker has to know whose money it is holding. Accepting a payment from, or sending one to, somebody other than the account holder is how accounts are used to move money for other people. The same-name rule is an anti-money-laundering control, and it protects you: nobody else can direct your funds to themselves.
Paying money out is the moment at which identity matters most. Verification confirms that the person asking is the person who owns the account. It is done once, with a photo ID and a recent proof of address, and is simplest to complete before you need it.
A withdrawal passes through several hands. The request is checked against the account; the payment is instructed; then the card network, bank or payment provider moves it on its own timetable. A broker controls the first two steps and not the third, which is why a transfer can be sent promptly and still take days to arrive, and longer around weekends and bank holidays.
Returning funds to their source closes the loop: the same instrument, in the same name. It is also why profits above the amount you deposited by card travel a different route, normally to a bank account in your name.
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
