On these figures the lowest known cost is Premium. The spread is charged once on each trade, at the published minimum (“spread from”): spreads widen with the market, so the real cost is at least this. Swap is left out unless no night is held or the account is swap-free, because GIO4X's swap rates are not published; the Swap calculator works it out from a rate you enter.

How the month is worked out.

Spread: The published minimum spread in pips × the value of one pip per lot × lots a trade × trades a month. Paid once on each trade, when it is opened. Spreads are often wider than the minimum.
Commission: The published commission per lot, on both sides of the trade where it is published per side. A commission whose basis is not stated is not guessed at: it is left out and named.
Swap: Charged or credited for each night a position is held. GIO4X's swap rates vary by instrument and day and are not published as one figure, so swap is left out of the total and named unless no night is held, or the account is the swap-free version (see Islamic accounts).
